IPV Investing S.p.A., a new player in the secondary market for impaired credits, is established.

Stefano Inguscio and Carlo Palla, together with ViviBanca, have founded a new company specialized in “more” difficult credit recovery. Acquired the first portfolio from a leading Italian banking institution for a value of 450 million euros.
