IPV Investing S.p.A., a company specializing in credit recovery, was founded in July 2023 thanks to the strong determination of two manager/entrepreneurs – Stefano Inguscio and Carlo Palla – and ViviBanca, a Specialty Finance Bank based in Turin specializing in credit to families and small and medium-sized enterprises and in online collection.
It was founded thanks to the will of Carlo Palla and Stefano Inguscio, professionals in the field who together add up sixty years of experience, bringing with them a strong specialization, an excellent reputation and a long experience in the credit management sector, key elements that give value and solidity to the new company.
After obtaining the license under article 115 Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), IPV Investing S.p.A will position itself as a proactive player in the secondary market and has already finalized in a few days the acquisition of a significant portfolio of unsecured positions and small tickets in the banking-finance segment. IPV’s goal is to enhance the value of credits considered “unrecoverable,” to give families and businesses the chance to return “in bonis,” recover a sustainable financial position.
