IPV Investing S.p.A.

We are a new operator highly specialized in the credit recovery market with over sixty years of cumulative experience gained by the founding partners.

Based in Cuneo, founded in July 2023 by Carlo Palla, Stefano Inguscio and ViviBanca S.p.A., hence the acronym IPV, we obtained from the start the license art. 115 Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), and we have positioned ourselves as a proactive player in the secondary market by acquiring an important portfolio of unsecured positions and small tickets in the banking-finance segment.
